When Jim first started working out to say he needed a lot of help and modifications would be an understatement. Jim also did not realize his true potential (good thing I did). We started slow and really worked on nutritional education. It was clear from day one Jim was motivated to not only get his health but his life back. Within a few short months, Jim had lost over 50 pounds. He was killing it in the gym. Lifting more then he had ever lifted and making wise food choices on his own. He know no longer needs the nutrition help and kills it in the gym everytime.
